How do I schedule a trial?
Trials, or preview as we call them, are reserved for booked brides. This helps us avoid dates being booked before someone else's preview.
Our consult process is thorough and we encourage clients to view our site/socials to see if it resonates with your vision.
Do you require a trial?
All bride packages include the preview, as its very important to setting ourselves up for success and no stress on the big day!
Bridal services are so personal, but can also be overwhelming at times. Trying to keep track of previews, wedding dates, and incoming inquiries becomes quite daunting.

Can I schedule a trial before booking?
Our previews are reserved for booked brides, but you're free to book our regular services if you'd like to get a feel for the process. You can do that here.
Are you available for my wedding?
I sure hope so! But to be certain please fill out the inquiry form. If you'd prefer to check date availability before filling out the form, email us at [email protected] and you'll receive a response shorlty.
Do you provide soft holds on dates?
We are unable to hold dates for any amount of time. The only way to reserve your date is by officially booking with a signed contract and non-refundable deposit. Thank you for understanding.
When should I book?
Oftentimes popular dates book out a year or more in advance. As soon as you have an idea of who you want to book in that time frame, go for it.
How do I book?
Definitely suggest downloading our investment guide and see if we are a fit there. Would love to have the opportunity to work with you! And also understand everyone has different budgets for planning event as momentous as this!

Do you offer payment plans?
Standard practice to book is client pays 50% of the booking total (with signed contract) as non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the wedding day.
If your service total is over $1000 with at least 6 months to your booked date, the payment can be split in 3 equal parts, instead of 2. First payment at booking, second midway, and last payment 2 weeks prior to wedding. There will be email reminders prior to each payment due date.
Do you have a team?
While I do not have a team per se, I have an amazing network of experienced artists I've worked with over the years who are ready to jump in, if needed. Usually due to time constraint or a large party. Additional artist are required if there are more than 7 services toal including the bride, at a rate of $165 per artist required/requested.
Max services:
Bride hair OR makeup + 6 services.
Or
Bride hair AND makeup + 5
Do you have a service minimum?
There is no minimum service amount, as long as a bridal package is booked. Bridal packages include preview appointment and day of service for the bride, with travel being quoted once location is selected.
Do I have to provide my final count of services to book?
If we're available for your date, we suggest only booking with the confirmed amount you're comfortable with. Services can be added easily within my max up to 45 days before the wedding. When it comes to additional artist(s) the earlier the notice the better chances preferred artist will be available.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe is our payment processor. With Stripe you can pay with debit/credit, bank transfer (no processor fees for us 🫶🏽), and Link. If you prefer Zelle please note that on your inquiry for or email.
Where do previews take place?
Once booked, preview will be scheduled in a studio located in Braintree, MA or at location of your choosing as long as it meets the requirements; which are:
a well lit space, with a flat surface (table or counter) to set up kits, appropriate heating or AC systems. All pets and small children would be in a separate space to avoid any mishaps with product or equipment.
What services do you offer?
For bridal we offer hair and makeup, extended touch ups at $125/hr with a 2 hour minimum.
How long do your services take?
Generally bride is booked 1 hour for makeup OR hair; 2 hours for hair & makeup. Depending on the style, length of hair, or application of clip ins may require the time to be adjusted.
Bridal party/attendees are scheduled 45 mins/service whether its hair or makeup.
Do you offer partial services?
We do not offer eyes only for reduced pricing. All applications are charged at the same rate.
What's included in your services?
Skin prep and lashes are included with each makeup service. Bride receives a touch up with some goodies and an optional full size lip product from us (shades and finishes vary).
Do you offer other skin or hair care services?
Although licensed as an esthetician and cosmetologist, I'm not currently offering services within a location outside of preview appointments. Hopefully coming soon! If brides are interested in skincare products or treatment suggestions, i:m always willing to provide my professional opinions. For any in depth conversations or recommendations, i'd recommend a separate consult.
Do you have experience with my hair type and skin tone?
With over 10 years experience, I'm proud to say I've worked with an extremely diverse group of clients over the years. I'm confident that with the consultation and preview appointment we can achieve phenomenal results if you decide to work with me 😊!
Do you offer airbrush?
Yes. Airbrush is popularly known as a bridal specialty. While it's available, most often traditional is the go-to as it offers versatile and bespoke results. When consulting we can talk about your skin type and desired results to see if airbrush would be the best option for your complexion.
Are lashes included?
Yes, lashes are included with makeup. Strip lashes and individual clusters in a variety of styles/lengths. Faux mink lash upgrade available.
Do you stay for touch ups?
There's always 30 mins at the end of services to touch up any minor fixes before packing up and heading out. If you'd like extended touch up services, it would be $125/hr, with a two hour minimum. Location change would incur additional fees.

All travel is based from Randolph, MA 02368.

Wherever you need us! Boston, New England, and beyond. Inquire for a customized quote.
What is your travel fee?
Travel is calculated at $75/hour. Destinations over two hours one way max require overnight accommodations (flight if needed/hotel). Which would be covered by the client.

How often do you communicate?
Everything is kept streamlined and informative. Depending when services are booked in relation to the wedding day, this will dictate how often communication will happen. A questionnaire is sent after booking to gather more information. Correspondence will be sent to confirm receipt of forms sent, remind/schedule preview dates, feedback forms, service # check in, and payment reminders. If you need anything in the meantime, send an email!
Do you install extensions?
Yes, clip ins are the most popular type used to enhance or increase longevity of a style.
For long lasting options to keep beyond the wedding day; tape ins are also an option, pending consultation. There is a $30 installation fee for clip ins on the day of; separate from the cost of extensions. Tape ins require a consult before quoting hair or installation costs.
Do you style wigs/units, locs, or braids?
Yes, heat styling is available for all human hair. In addition to non-heat styling for locs and braids.
